- 2 apples
- some water
- a pinch of cinnamon
- Wash your apples. Cut them in half and remove the core and stem.
- Blend the apples in a food processor, with just enough water to get everything to blend.
- Pour into a pot on the stove.
- Heat until warm.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top and stir in.
